Spring Tree Care Checklist for Homeowners

1 min read

As winter fades away and warmer weather arrives, spring becomes one of the most important times of the year for tree care. Trees often experience stress from freezing temperatures, ice, wind, and heavy rain during the winter months. Taking the time to inspect and maintain your trees in spring can improve their health, protect your property, and help your landscape thrive throughout the year.

That's exactly what this homeowner did; as we were preparing for spring, he was too. He had several trees that were growing and encroaching behind and over his house, which was causing and would continue to cause future issues with his roof. Additionally, there were a few dead trees posing risks around his property, and another tree required trimming. As a result, the area behind his home is now much cleaner, safer, and easier to manage, with less debris, reduced moisture on the roof, and healthier trees surrounding the property.

We not only earned his trust but also potentially secured a lifelong customer. We plan to return for more projects at his home. He is now one step closer to having an open, cleaner space and, best of all, a worry-free, durable roof replacement. Check out these images below.
